We were going to run the second part of our series on inner harbor water transportation this week. Then we remembered the BCEC is opening today with the
MAC World Conference. 4000 visitors will descend on the harbor front area for four days in a row. Then in two weeks some fifteen thousand members of the press will be amassing at the BCEC.
